How to cook
Stir the oil, paprika, black pepper and rosemary together to obtain a mixture.
Wash and peel the potatoes.
Smear the potatoes and lamb clod with the spice mixture. Then arrange the potatoes along the walls of an oiled tray, place the lamb clod in the middle.
Pour in the wine and 2 cups water. Cover the tray with foil and bake at 392°F (200 °C) about 4-5 hours.
