"A spaghetti dish to tempt even the most die-hard vegetarian!"

Ingredients

  • spaghetti - 14 oz (400 g)
  • veal mince - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • onions - 2 heads
  • peppers - 2 green + 2 red
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • tomatoes - 3 - 4
  • oil - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • savory - 1/2 tsp
  • parsley - 1/2 bunch

How to cook

Wash the onions and chop them. Peel the tomatoes' skins and chop them finely. Clean the peppers of their seeds. Peel the garlic and cut it finely.

Put the onions and peppers in a blender, blend finely but not to a puree. Mix together the chopped tomatoes, blended veggies and mince. Season with the spices.

Put the oil in a deep pan to heat up, then pour the mixture in. Saute on moderate heat about 15 min. Chop the parsley finely and add it to the mixture.

In a pot, bring water to boil with 1 tbsp salt and 2-3 tbsp oil. Pour the spaghetti in and boil 5 min.

Drain the water from them and pour them in the deep pan with the mixture. Boil another 4-5 min.

Serve in a deep plate while still hot and garnish with a little parsley!
