How to cook
Peel the onion and cut it very finely. Dice the cheese finely. Mix them with the mince, add salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, olive oil and knead well in a bowl.
Cover with plastic wrap and leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
With wet hands scoop about 10.5 oz (300 g) from the mince and shape the Pljeskavica.
Cook on a barbecue with charcoal - if that's not an option use a ribbed pan or electric grill.
Grill until you see clearly defined grill marks on both sides.
