How to cook
Clean the livers. Heat oil in a large pan and put the coarsely chopped onions in to fry. Once slightly softened, add the liver and stir until it changes color.
Top up with the wine, add a little salt and pepper and simmer until the alcohol evaporates. Transfer everything to a tray.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper again and add a little hot water.
Arrange the lemon slices and put to bake in the preheated oven until ready.
