Ingredients

  • chicken livers - 2 trays
  • onions - 2 heads
  • garlic - 3 - 4 cloves if desired
  • butter - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • wine - 2/5 cup (100 ml) red
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • lemons - 1 tsp, freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • parsley - 3 bunches chopped

How to cook

Clean the livers. Heat oil in a large pan and put the coarsely chopped onions in to fry. Once slightly softened, add the liver and stir until it changes color.

Top up with the wine, add a little salt and pepper and simmer until the alcohol evaporates. Transfer everything to a tray.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper again and add a little hot water.

Arrange the lemon slices and put to bake in the preheated oven until ready.
