  • pork breasts - 28 oz (800 g)
  • sauerkraut - 1 head medium
  • oil - about 1 cup (250 ml) (depends how fatty the breasts are)
  • paprika
  • salt


Wash the meat and cut it into portions. Braise the bits in heated oil to a caramel crust.

Add the paprika to braise briefly, salt the meat lightly.

Add the chopped sauerkraut. Pour in 2 cups water and leave to saute for 15-20 min.

Pour everything into a tray and place in the oven. Bake at 392°F (200 °C) for 40 min.
