  • tripe - 2 lb (1 kg) beef
  • garlic - 1 head
  • butter - 1/2 cup (125 g) (1 packet)
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • black pepper - to taste
  • salt - to taste


Put the tripe to boil until completely softened, while removing the foam from the surface of the water. Drain it, salt to taste and cut it into strips. Heat the butter in a pan, fry for 30 seconds and add the chopped garlic and tripe.

Cook and stir until the meat is slightly tanned. Finally, add the black pepper, put in the paprika for 2 minutes and remove from the heat.
