Mix the mustard with soy sauce and ground coriander. The rabbit meat is divided into portions and rub well. Leave it in the fridge for 2 hours.

The bacon and onions are cut into small pieces and fried in oil until golden. Pour the into a fireproof dish. Crumb the meat well.

Place on the bacon and onion. Sprinkle the top with melted butter and quickly put the lid on. Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F (180°C) for one hour. After 40 minutes, remove the lid to brown the meat better.
