Ingredients

  • chicken thighs - 4
  • butter - 2 tbsp (30 g)
  • leeks - 3 - 4 sprigs
  • white wine - 1 cup
  • chicken broth - 1 cup
  • mushrooms - 9 oz (250 g)
  • sour cream - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper - to taste
  • nutmeg - to taste

Preparation

Fry the legs on both sides in the butter. Add the chopped white part of the leeks and fry until soft.

Pour in the broth and white wine, put a lid on and leave for about 15 minutes.
