Mix all the ingredients for the marinade well. Brush the turkey legs with the marinade generously, put them in a container and cover.
Allow to marinate for several hours. Then transfer to a greased baking dish, cover with aluminum foil and leave to bake in a heated oven at 392°F (200 °C) for about 1 hour.
Remove the foil and finish baking, but baste them thoroughly with the marinade 2-3 more times.
