How to cook
Place the tray in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven and bake about 30 min., then lower the heat to 320°F (160 °C) and bake 2 hours.
Clean and chop the potatoes, take the meat out, remove the foil, place the potatoes around the meat, season with salt, black pepper and a little paprika.
Stir them in the fat released during baking and pour in the broth. Return the tray to the oven, turn it up to 356°F (180 °C) and bake another 30-40 min.
