Pour the cottage cheese into a suitable bowl.
Remove the pits from the olives and chop them very finely, set aside 2-3 olives for decoration.
Clean, wash and chop the onions. Mix together the cottage cheese, onions, olives, a little salt (be careful with it because the olives are salty), powdered garlic and black pepper and stir well.
You can serve the pâté in a suitable container as an appetizer or smeared onto baguette slices and garnished with the olives and parsley leaves arranged on top.
