How to cook
Take 1 whole piece of pork meat, cut it into separate slices but not all the way through so that it looks like an accordion.
Prepare the marinade and smear the meat well outside and between the separate slices using a brush. Wrap very well in foil and leave in the fridge for 24 hours.
The next day, unwrap the foil and smear the meat between the slices using the brush with the marinade that has run along the sides. Chop the cheese, mushrooms and pickles into thin slices.
Arrange them between the meat slices, alternating cheese, several mushrooms and at least 2 slices of pickles. Wrap thus prepared meat very well in the foil again.
