Scrape and wash the carrots, chop the onions and mushrooms. Cut the chicken into pieces and fry until golden, then chop the onion. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Pour in the wine, add the flour, chicken broth and chopped carrots. Bake for 30 minutes, peel and slice the apples into pieces, and add them in, along with the mushrooms.
Bake for 10 minutes and finally add the cream in. When serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
