How to cook
The butter is melted, put 3 tbsp (45 g) of flour in it, then stir for 30 seconds. Add milk and boil for 4-5 minutes, until thickened well.
Remove from the heat, add cream cheese, meat, which is pre-cooked or baked and sliced very finely, cheeseand parsley, mix well and refrigerate.
From the mixture form croquettes, which are first rolled in flour, then in egg and finally in bread crumbs.
Pour into a bowl, cover with foil and cool again for 15 minutes until fried golden, drained and serve with a green salad.
