Cut the meat into portions and saute it in heated oil. Add a little water and the finely chopped onions and continue sauteing until the meat softens.
Then add the offal, chopped finely ahead of time, plus the paprika and grated tomatoes.
Next add the chopped spearmint and cleaned and washed rice.
Saute 5-10 min., add the butter and water.
Leave it to cook until the rice is ready.
