Ingredients

  • biscuits - 12.5 oz (350 g) plain (ground)
  • powdered sugar - 1 cup
  • cocoa - 1 tsp
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • apples - 1 cup, grated
  • margarine - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • coconut flakes - 1 cup + 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g) for rolling
  • vanilla - 1

Preparation

Put the ground biscuits, powdered sugar, cocoa, cinnamon, vanilla, 1 cup coconut flakes in a bowl and stir very well.

Add the peeled and grated apples and soft margarine (slightly warmed but not melted).

Stir the mixture very well and place the bowl in the fridge for about 30 min.

From it form balls the size of a small apple, roll them in the coconut flakes and arrange in a suitable plate. Stick box leaves in them, store in the fridge.
