Clean the fish and wash them. Put the vegetable mix and chopped onions in a tray.
Add salt to taste, the spices and 1/2 cup water.
Arrange the trouts on top after sprinkling them with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Put the tray in the oven and bake about 40 min. until ready.
Serve 1 trout with part of the veggie garnish. Sprinkle with parsley.
