How to cook
Salt the duck, sprinkle it with pepper and lemon juice. After 15 min, rub with butter and put it to cook with wine. Cover the pan with aluminum foil.
The baked duck is put in a hot plate. Peel the potatoes and cut large. Boil them with chopped carrots in a little salted water.
Drain them, put the sauce from the duck to cook.
Put a lid on and shake. If you have fresh parsley, put it in the sauce, before you mix it with the potatoes.
