Cut the chicken fillets and soak them in a cold marinade of honey, wine, lemon, and a little oil and black pepper. Leave them to marinate for about 12 hours, or so. Fry or grill.
Make a sauce from the fried mushrooms. In the same pan, add the sour cream and let it bubble, season with a little black pepper and salt.
Serve the fillets on a plate with the sauce. For garnish, you can use canned baby corn.
