Wrap up the 5 phyllo pastry sheets into a roll and cut them into 1/2″ (1 cm) pieces with scissors. Stir with your hands to obtain single pieces.
Add the coarsely crumbled feta cheese and pieces of sheets to the mixture. Stir well until homogeneous.
Oil a cake form and sprinkle it with flour.
Pour in the mixture and put it in the oven, turn it on to 365°F (185 °C) with just the bottom element on for the first 20 min.
Then turn both elements on and bake to a golden crust.
Once it's ready, take out and cover it with a towel for 20 min.
Then carefully take it out of the form and serve with ayran.
Instead of milk you can use yoghurt or lemonade.
