Ingredients

  • beef - 28 oz (800 g) mince
  • eggs - 2
  • paprika - 2 tsp
  • savory - 1 tsp
  • garlic - 2 - 3 cloves
  • yogurt - 1 4/5 cups (450 g)
  • butter - 3 tbsp
  • salt
  • oil
  • flour

Preparation

Add the paprika, salt, savory to the mince and knead very well.

From the mixture, form meatballs the size of meatballs for soup.

Roll them in flour and fry them in preheated oil. Drain and place them in a baking dish.

Add the yogurt, beaten with the garlic, salt and eggs. Sprinkle with melted butter and bake in a moderately preheated oven.
