Ingredients

  • carp - about 3.3 lb (1.5 kg)
  • oil - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • rice - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • onions - 10.6 oz (300 g) (5 - 6 heads)
  • pepper - 2 tsp (10 g)
  • salt - to taste

Preparation

Sauté the chopped onions in oil with a little water, until soft. Add the rice and cook for 5-6 minutes.

Season the stuffing mix with paprika, pour in some hot water, salt and pour it into a baking dish.

Put the pre-cleaned and washed carp in the middle. Put the dish in to be baked in a moderately hot oven until ready.
