Cut the ribs into portions. Mix powdered rosemary and thyme leaves with paprika and black pepper. Sprinkle this mixture over the meat.
Put the ribs in a baking dish, pour a cup of lukewarm water in and add the oil. Cover the baking dish with moistened paper, sprinkled with the salt.
Bake in a moderate oven until the meat is completely soft.
Serve garnished with potatoes sauteed in butter or with green salad.
