Cut the meat up and boil it in a pressure cooker. In another pot, heat a little oil and put the chopped carrots and onions in it.
Braise briefly, add the flour, paprika and stir. Pour in broth from the meat to obtain the desired consistency, all while stirring nonstop.
Add the boiled meat, rice, grated tomatoes, salt and spearmint.
Stir and leave to simmer until the rice is ready.
