Ingredients

  • cream cheese - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • capers - 1 tablespoon
  • lemon juice - 2 tbsp, freshly squeezed
  • dill - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • smoked salmon - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • bread - toasted slices for serving

Preparation

Blend the cream cheese and mayo in a blender. Add the lemon juice and dill.

Blend briefly to mix the products.

Add the smoked salmon and capers, which you've chopped into pieces beforehand.

Blend again, don't make the salmon into a complete puree, it's best to have little pieces of fish that you can taste.
