Combine the mince with the finely chopped onions, bread (soaked in cold milk, then drained), eggs and spices.
Knead well and leave the mince for at least 30 min. in the fridge. Shape palm-sized schnitzels from it.
Roll them in the breadcrumbs, then wrap each in plastic wrap. Put them in the freezer for 1 hour.
Then bread them in the beaten eggs and fry in heated oil.
Serve with a seasonal garnish.
