How to cook
Cut the lamb into portions.
In a bowl, mix the products for the marinade, excluding the garlic. Put garlic in a blender with a little salt, blend, add it to marinade.
Smear the meat well on all sides and arrange in a tray. Put the leeks and parsley on top. Pour in a little white wine.
Cover with foil and bake in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven for 1 hour. Remove the foil at that point and bake another hour.
