Boil the chicken legs until ready. Take them out of the broth and leave to cool. Put the chopped sauerkraut in the same broth.
Boil until the sauerkraut softens. Put the deboned meat in a tray and add the sauerkraut.
Add the rice, spices and pour in broth to cover the dish. Pour in a little oil and bake at 392°F (200 °C) until the water boils off.
