Mushroom Stew with Potatoes
- mushrooms - 10.5 oz (300 g)
- potatoes - 4
- carrots - 1
- onions - 1 head
- peppers - 1
- black pepper
Chop the onion finely, dice the carrot and pepper. Peel the potatoes and dice them. Wash the mushrooms and cut them into medium-sized pieces.
Braise the onion in the oil, then add the carrot and pepper. Add the mushrooms, pour in more oil and braise them. Then add the potatoes and braise them too.
Add about 1 tbsp paprika and stir quickly so it doesn't stick.
Pour in water and leave to boil, then lower the stove and let simmer until ready.
Once ready, add the rest of the spices.
