Boil the meat. In a pot saute the onions, garlic and carrot. Add the torn into portions meat, pour on the strained broth, sprinkle with paprika.
Boil until the products are fully cooked.
Dilute the flour in a little cold water. Since I can never make it homogeneous I pass it through a strainer and then add it to the dish.
Finally add the finely chopped parsley and remove the pot from the stove.
