Soak the beans in cold water overnight. Boil them the next day after pouring in new water.
Chop the peppers, onions and tomato. When the beans are nearly ready, pour in the vegetables to the pot. Pour in oil and salt.
After the veggies are boiled, add the savory and black pepper. Boil until ready.
Chop the parsley and spearmint finely. Add them after taking the beans off the stove.
