Boil the potatoes. Once cooked, mash them well and season.
Grate the cheese and eggs coarsely, cut the lard salami into cubes. Smear each pancake with mayonnaise. Start stacking the cake as follows: pancake, filling and keep alternating until you run out of them.
Between the pancakes put potatoes, eggs, lard salami, peas, eggs. Finish off with a pancake that you've smeared with mayo, then sprinkle it generously with cheese.
