How to cook
Dissolve yeast in warm water and 1 tablespoon sugar. Leave to rise and add to the sifted flour. Add the eggs, vanilla and remaining sugar. Mix the dough until smooth and add oil. Once you stop having sticky fingers when touching it, it's ready.
Cover and leave it to rise in a warm place until it’s doubled in size. The donut dough is rolled into a sheet with a thickness of 1 cm and you must cut circles from it with a glass.
The circles are allowed to rise, to increase its volume. Fry the donuts in plenty of preheated oil.
The cooled donuts can be filled with stuffing as desired.
