How to cook
In a blender, put the sliced bananas, stir in the frozen raspberries, sugar, rum (or liquor) and add the juice of the lime and lemon. Blend everything until it becomes a smooth, homogeneous mixture. Pour into a suitable container as desired and place in a freezer for 30 minutes.
Take it out, blend it well again and put it in to freeze for 8 hours. You can repeat once more cycle for freezing. Before serving, remove the sorbet for a few minutes.
Serve raspberry sorbet balls into dessert cups decorated with fresh mint leaves. Similarly, you can prepare sorbet from strawberries and other berries.
