Ingredients

  • yogurt - 4 cups (1000 g), a high fat percentage
  • jam - 4 tablespoons, cherry or sour cherry
  • fruits - of your choice (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, etc.).
  • raisins - optional
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • gelatin - 1 - 2 packets

Preparation

Soak the gelatin in the required amount of water to make it swell.

Beat the yogurt with the jam and cinnamon, add the melted and cooled gelatin.
