Beat the eggs and sugar well and add the slightly warmed milk with continuous beating.
Along with the milk, add the vanilla and coffee, dissolved in a little milk. Optionally, you can strain the finished mixture through a cheesecloth or gauze.
Caramelize and spread it in a bowl, 1 tablespoon is enough for each. Fill them with the egg-milk mixture.
Arrange them in a baking dish in a water bath and put the crème caramel with coffee to bake in a moderately heated oven.
Several times, add in cold water, which will not allow water to boil and the caramel become porous.
When ready, let it cool completely and serve in a small dish.
