"These summer creams with cottage cheese, biscuits and homemade jam are so delicious that my mouth is already watering."

Ingredients

  • cottage cheese - 12.5 oz (350 g)
  • yoghurt - 1 cup
  • milk - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • sugar - 4 - 5 tbsp
  • vanilla - essence drops
  • jam - from wild berries
  • biscuits - 1 packet of plain

How to cook

Blend half the biscuits in a blender until they turn to crumbs, or simply mash them. Beat the cottage cheese with the sugar and pour in the milk gradually while beating nonstop until the mixture becomes smooth.

Mix the yogurt and vanilla.

Sprinkle the crushed biscuits in the bottom of small bowls, pour 1-2 tsp jam on top. Complete with white cream and put 1-2 more tablespoons of jam.

Leave the creams for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator before you serve.
