How to cook
Put the eggs and sugar in a bowl and stir. Then add the sifted flour, baking powder and vanilla.
Pour the mixture into an oiled tray and bake in a preheated 430°F (220 °C) oven.
Make the glaze according to packet directions. Once the cake is baked, take it out and pour the milk over it immediately to soak in.
Glaze and sprinkle coconut flakes. Serve cold.
