How to cook
Pour the soft butter, powdered sugar, vanilla and egg in a bowl. Beat with a mixer until the mixture becomes smooth like a cream.
Add the sifted flour with the baking powder in 2-3 lots and knead a soft, nonstick dough. Divide it into 2 parts. Add the cocoa to 1 part and knead a smooth dough with a uniform color.
Tear hazelnut-sized balls from the white and brown doughs and shape flowers. Arrange them onto baking paper.
After shaping them, press each with a toothpick on top to make lines. Bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven about 10-12 min. - without reddening them.
Once cooled, arrange in a cookie jar.
