Peel the potatoes, cut them into halves and boil until ready with the garlic cloves. After boiling them, wait to cool and grate them.
In a suitable container, put the grated potatoes, feta cheese, eggs, spices and a little more flour if needed.
Shape meatballs from the mixture and arrange in the tray. Bake onto oiled baking paper in a preheated oven.
