"A classic dessert whose recipe we jealously guard and only share with the closest of friends."

Ingredients

  • eggs - 5 egg yolks
  • powdered sugar - 6 tablespoons
  • lemons - 1 - 2 pinches of finely grated lemon zest
  • rum - 1 - 2 cups of liqueur

How to cook

Beat the yolks well with the sugar and lemon rind. Put the container in a water bath and stir until thickening.

Remove the cream from the water bath, add the rum and continue to whisk.

Serve Gogol-Mogul in 4 cups and garnish with biscuits (optional).
