Ingredients

  • flour - 4 1/5 cups (1000 g)
  • yeast - 1 cube
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • lamb - 17.5 oz (500 g) minced, chicken or pork
  • onions - 1 head onion
  • parsley - about 7 bunches
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • cayenne pepper - to taste
  • oil - for frying

How to cook
