How to cook
Take the phyllo pastry and evenly distribute the mixture along each sheet. Roll up and place them in a greased rectangular baking dish. Add the butter, cut into cubes.
Place in a preheated oven and bake at 392°F (200 °C) until golden. With the remaining cup of sugar and a cup of water, make a sugar syrup and pour it over the dessert after baking.
Pour the warm sugar syrup over the cooled phyllo pastry. When completely cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
