  • pumpkins - 20 oz (600 g)
  • phyllo pastry - 1 package
  • apples - 3
  • sugar - 2 cups
  • powdered sugar - 1 cup
  • water - 1 cup
  • oil - 1 cup
  • butter - 1/5 cup (60 g)
  • cinnamon - 1 pack


Grate the cleaned pumpkin coarsely and stew it in some vegetable oil. Allow to cool and add the apples, cleaned and grated in the same way, 1 cup sugar and the cinnamon.

Take the phyllo pastry and evenly distribute the mixture along each sheet. Roll up and place them in a greased rectangular baking dish. Add the butter, cut into cubes.

Place in a preheated oven and bake at 392°F (200 °C) until golden. With the remaining cup of sugar and a cup of water, make a sugar syrup and pour it over the dessert after baking.
