Clean the nettle and cut it into large pieces. First boil until tender and then drain then. In a little oil, fry chopped peppers and onions. Remove from the heat and mix with nettle, red pepper, salt and parsley.
Mix everything very well. Divide the dough into two parts, one must be larger. Roll it into a sheet with a size that lets the edges hang over the tray.
Put it in a greased baking dish. Spread filling over the crust and cover it with the second half of the dough. Flip the protruding ends onto the upper crust.
Cut it crosswise and pour beaten and diluted with soda eggs on it. Bake in moderately hot oven.
