How to cook
Mix the flour, brown sugar and baking powder in a deep bowl.
Add the beaten egg and gradually start pouring in yogurt, while constantly stirring. Once the mixture is homogenized, heat and brush with a little oil 1 pan with a thick bottom.
Once the pan is warm, grab a ladle and pour a thin pancake in it. Bake until dry bubbles appear and turn over. Before each pancake, the pan is slightly oiled.
Beat the cream that stayed in the cold for at least half an hour with the sugar until it is fluffy and snowy.
Cut the strawberries into large pieces. Roll up the pancakes with a mixture of cream and strawberries and make decorations as desired.
