Mix the eggs with the milk and salt. Add the sifted flour, melted butter, orange juice, grated orange zest and sugar to taste. Mix them all well.
The dough is allowed to "rest" for about 30 minutes. Bake the pancakes on a hot pan.
Stuff them with cream cheese mixed with 2 tbsp cream and vanilla sugar. Add the peeled and sliced orange slices and sugar to taste. Mix well again.
