How to cook
Remove the peanuts from their shells if they're baked. If you have raw ones, use them as they are. Heat the oil in a pan with a non-stick coating and caramelize the sugar.
As soon as you get a light caramel, add the cleaned peanuts and stir to cover each with caramel.
When finished, spread out the caramelized peanuts on a large surface or tray and leave them to cool.
