Ingredients

  • dates - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • almonds - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • bananas - 1 large
  • rum - for soaking in
  • coconut flakes - for rolling

Preparation

Soak the dates for 2-3 hours in a little rum and water.

Then add the banana and almonds.

Blend everything to a mixture.

Make small balls and roll them in the coconut flakes.

Then arrange in a suitable container and put in the fridge to harden.
