How to cook
Remove the fat from the fillet, tenderize it and cut into small pieces.
Mix the products for the marinade together and pour them over the meat. Leave as is for about 30 min.
Heat the oil in a deep pan and braise the meat 4-5 min.
Add the sugar and soy sauce, then the coarsely chopped onions.
Stir well. Pour into a heated plate and serve immediately.
