2. Add the cleaned, washed and chopped spinach and tomato paste.
3. Once the spinach softens as well, add the cut into pieces jamon and cook several min. until it changes color, then immediately break an egg on top and add the fresh feta cheese. Stir but not too much, so it doesn't turn to mush.
4. Season with black pepper and dill and add salt (you may not need to add salt since jamon is salty and releases quite a bit during heat treatment).
5. Serve with a fresh salad.
